Yes, each pair of tickets or single ticket is part of a comprehensive package that does include the option to purchase additional seats, hospitality, and/or lodging based on availability.
Does the package purchaser have to attend the event?
No, the purchaser may pay for the trip on behalf of others. If you are purchasing for someone else, please list the names of the travelers on the consumer reply form you will receive with your confirmation email.
There are more than two of us in my group. Can we sit together?

Can I check in early/check out late?

I called to confirm my reservation and the hotel doesn't have it. Should I be concerned?
It's likely the group list hasn't been entered into the hotel's computer system yet, which can take up to ten days. If after ten days the hotel does not have record of your reservation, please contact The Ultimate Fan at (800) 603-9344.
Can I use my Hotel Awards number?
